Grant is a death penalty qualified criminal defense and civil litigator based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. While in law school, Grant clerked for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and interned for the Defender's Association of Philadelphia, the EDPA Federal Defenders, and the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE).
Grant then joined a prestigious law firm in Philadelphia before returning to his public service roots at the Chester County Public Defender's Office. A public defender for over four years, Grant spent countless hours defending thousands of indigent clients against government abuse. He still proudly fights to uphold the Constitutional Rights we all enjoy. As a criminal lawyer, Grant provides aggressive litigation and does not hesitate to bring a case to court, in front of judge or jury, to ensure that his clients' voices are heard.
Grant also has years of civil experience as an accident lawyer handling claims regarding personal injury (car crashes, premises liability, and dram shop), civil rights, First Amendment claims, and business litigation. Grant is not afraid to take on even the most difficult of cases and always seeks the best possible result for his clients.
Grant is qualified to handle death penalty cases pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Criminal Procedure 801. In 2024, he was named a Superlawyers Rising Star.

Jon is a criminal defense and civil litigator. While in law school, Jon started his legal career working at the Veterans Law Clinic where he fought for disabled veterans in their disability claims and appeals. During this time Jon litigated veterans claims from VA regional offices up to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, DC. After law school, Jon continued his passion for fighting for justice and became a criminal lawyer at the Chester County Public Defender's Office where he represented and protected hundreds of clients in their criminal cases.
Following his tenure as a public defender, Jon worked at two prestigious law firms handling complex civil litigation cases, accident cases, and municipal claims.
Having worked with premier law firms in southeastern Pennsylvania, Jon has years of experience as an accident lawyer handling various aspects of civil litigation including personal injury, civil rights, and business law.
Jon also has extensive experience at transactional work and representing businesses in large contract processing. Jon has successfully represented businesses in negotiating and securing multi-million dollar deals and bids.
